Step 1. Design & Sample

Defining customer’s requirements is the most important mission to packaging designers, who collaborate with customers to collect information, design concept, favourite VI, color, text, images, ideas to initiate excited packaging. Providing dummy sample, mockup sample, die cut sample, pre-printing sample and pre-production sample is the gurarantee of 100% qualified mass production.

Step 2. Printing

Printing ink is printed on the packaging and a coating is applied which seals the ink onto the paperboard.

CMYK full color printing & Pantone color (International standard color GP1601N)

Step 3. Surface Treatment

After printing, we will perform post-printing surface treatments, such as glossy lamination, matte lamination, glossy varnish, matte varnish, UV, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, anti-scratch lamination, gold and silver hot-stamping, debossing and embossing, to protect the printing or meet customer requirements.

Step 4. Die Cutting & Sticky Box

Then paperboards are moved to the die cutting machine where the box shapes are cut out. The extra paperboard is removed and now you have your box in a flat form.
