1. Can we get a free samples? Any charges?

Yes, customized sample will be charged according to your requirements, we also offer free blank white sample for you to check quality after order confirmation,but we do not cover the shipping cost. Common layout and sample build up need sample cost such as USD50 for a reference.

2.Can I ask for the color printing & customized the box with my own artwork?

Yes, we are specialized in all sort of customization with the box printing, we can print your own

artwork/design on the boxes.Include lamination, UV coated, stamp, foil, emboss&deboss process.

3.How do I make sure how the mass products which look like once produced?

Usually we do work on digital proofs with 2D & 3D view for approval so that makes everything clear

what exactly the box will look like once it is produced and assembled. 
And for large orders we send a physical box to make sure everything should be printed as per requirements.Can make a quality control paper to go on the quality checking on produce process.

4.What's a standard artwork file type you require for printing?

It’s very easy & simple, just email us your artwork files in editable format like AI, EPS, OR PSD

with minimum 300 dpi.We have our expert design team in house who can work on your designs efficiently to layout the artwork and can work on your design absolutely Free (Once the order is secured). So we will work on the final layouts ,before next jobs we will send back the file JPG format to you as a double confirmation and approval.

5.What is Spot UV/ UV Coating/Reverse UV?

This Coating provides high amount of gloss, Spot UV is a high raised ink process to high light

the specific area, logo/artwork.Both on paper and plastic material, a special light sensation,set off the valuable texture of the product.

6.What is CMYK/ PMS/Pantone Colors , not RGB colors?

CMYK color is CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW & BLACK colors, Each color print from a

separate plate in layers to create colors, CMYK is also known as four colors.
PMS stands for Pantone Matching system, PMS also known as special colors, 
PMS colors are assigned specific codes for ink mixing. A palette of fourteen basic colors are used to mix inks according to the formulas.These special colors can be used when you need any specific shade to be printed on the boxes. Please RGB is not right color for printing.
